BY NETS/ CASH
(1) Go to the payment counter at Nexus Reception. Obtain the NETS payment card from the counter and fill in your particulars.
(2) Under the ‘Others’ blank, write down the name of the course/s and fee of your 1st choice . For example:
* Others: ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Christians’ $15
(3) Upon receiving your receipt, jot down the receipt number (it is the ‘trans’ numbers found at the top right corner of your receipt. E.g. ‘Trans: 121002853’) so that you can complete the online form below.
(4) Thereafter, staple the receipt with the NETS payment card and drop them into the white drop-in box next to the payment counter.
(5) Lastly fill up the online registration form found below. Please remember to fill in your receipt number as incomplete registration form will not be processed.
BY CHEQUE
(1) Make the cheque payment to 'Hope Church (S)'. Write your name, contact number & course/s you are registering at the back of the cheque.
(2) Put the cheque in an envelope (attention it to 'Cryst Tan/Adults Education') and either drop it into the white drop-in box at the NETS counter at Nexus Reception or mail it to 'Adults Education, 412 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427637'.
(3) Lastly fill up the online registration form found below. Please remember to fill in your cheque number as incomplete registration form will not be processed.
